My first Delta trip in years. OMG! 1st my seat has tanks behind it so it wont recline. OK, but the hinge is also broken and one side has no support. It’s an 8 hr flight from JFK to Venice. My choices: call a mechanic & delay the flight, get off the flight, or deal with it. #delta
