In BeanBox we provide reminders about repeating invoices that are ending. But what if you sometimes have clients who want to pay for a whole subscription upfront? How do you then get reminded when the contract is due to renew? Here's how: beanbox.app/knowledgebase/…

On the BeanBox line items screen you can now filter by the item code and the invoice frequency. This is useful for quickly seeing the line items for invoices that are 3-monthly, or annual, for example. Or for seeing all the invoice line items for a particular item code.

When you view your #Xero repeating invoice reports in BeanBox you can see the line items and invoices that make up the month's revenue. If an invoice occurred more than once a month, the "invoice view" previously grouped all occurrences together. Now it shows the details for each

We've made some improvements to our forecasting of Xero repeating invoices. Specifically, we fixed a problem where editing a repeating invoice on the same day it was scheduled to trigger in Xero sometimes caused the invoice to miss a month in the BeanBox forecast. This now fixed.

We've improved the speed of syncing your repeating invoices from Xero to BeanBox. We automatically sync with Xero every 24 hours, but you can also click "Sync Now" whenever you want to pull today's changes. With this speed improvement the "sync now" option is now quicker. #xero

Filtering on the line items screen in BeanBox just got faster. Especially if you use tracking categories in Xero. That used to slow down filtering of repeating invoice line items, but not anymore! beanbox.app #xero

If you use Xero multi-currency we’ve had a bug crop up in our forecasts two days ago that caused invoices in your non-base currency to have a NULL total in the forecast. We’ve now fixed this bug so all forecasts will be back to looking correct again.
