If the sight of poor behaviour in a classroom induces immediate reactions of: a) the teacher can’t teach b) isn’t liked c) can’t build positive relationships Rather than: what have I done and what am I doing to do to help? Then god help that teacher.

How long does it take to remove student mobile phones from a school culture? About 3 days, with staff consistency thereafter to promote sustainability. One of the greatest, low effort/high impact steps a school can take. The students love it & are far safer for it.
