Just popped into @gdk_uk Norwich needing urgently to take migraine meds. last bus due in 4 mins, no time to get to the shop. Asked politely for a cup of tap water. The woman behind the till said “we don’t do that” — no help, no empathy. Now on the bus sick. Will never use GDK

Hey @greateranglia, any chance you could ditch the ridiculously long orange & white machine tickets and go back to the original orange rectangle ones? The new ones don’t fit in wallets, get lost easily, and half the time don’t scan at the barriers. They're a giant pain in the ass
