Let's make it clear: living on the streets is not a ‘lifestyle choice’ - it is a sign of failed government policy. No one should be punished for being homeless. Criminalising people for sleeping in tents, and making it an offence for charities to help them, is unacceptable.

You know what really disrupts the lives of working people? Real-terms pay cuts, in-work poverty, having to rely on foodbanks, freezing in winter because you can't afford to turn your heating on. Solidarity with posties, railway workers, nurses and everyone else fighting back.
