Got a Kuppersbusch microwave combi-oven a year ago. Been nothing but trouble, the microwave keeps blowing up! Had 3 replacements, now need a 4th. Deciding we’d rather get our money back, the company now says our guarantee is up and won’t refund our money?? @KuppersbuschUK

Watch out iPhone users!! My mate got water on his iPhone XS and it killed it! Taking it to an Apple shop he was told that water damage isn’t covered?? So what about their huge advertising campaign that boasted the XS was water resistant to IP68!!! @Apple @BBCWatchdog @DailyMirror

Jet2 are still useless! After over an hour on the phone yesterday I still haven't got anywhere with my flight cancellation complaint! After 3 calls I was fobbed off, misdirected, and now 24 hrs later still waiting for a return call??? @jet2tweets

Well after all the helpful outpourings it seems Jet2 are now making it extremely difficult for customers to contact them about their claims after the Stansted fiasco!! Oh well, perhaps you don’t want any customers then? @jet2tweets

.@jet2tweets over 6 hours after arriving at Dubrovnik airport we’re finally going to a hotel. Where is it? No one knows. When are we getting home? No one knows. Didn’t you lot win an award for customer service? How many palms did you have to grease to get that then?

.@jet2tweets organized for 200+ of us to stay at a full hotel. Now sleeping on the bus. This is NOT valid accommodation which we are entitled to. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Truly fucking award winning level of fail. Once again, fuck @jet2tweets.
