@Betterhelpers The Better customer telephone experience is unbelievably bad. I have been on hold for 23 minutes so far, allegedly with only 1 customer ahead. Endlessly repeated messaging & tinkly tonk jingles driving me mad. So @Betterhelpers, what do you consider a reasonable waiting time?

@Betterhelpers Has the Better app stopped working for anyone else? I can book a session online using their website and I get the confirmation email. When I click "My Bookings" on app, just says "Service unreachable"!

@Betterhelpers I have been trying to book a family swim session but the app doesn't work. It just spins when I try to add sessions to cart. And of course, it's no longer possible to speak to anybody on the phone. And I'm #58 in online chat queue. What should I do?
