Wait on 10 tables an hour with average bill of $100, tip 10% = $100.00/hour in tips, in a 30 hour week X 50 weeks = $150,000 year. Some restaurants want 30% tips. Same $100 average bill = $300.00/hour. 30 hour week X 50 weeks = $450,000 year. Just in tips and NO TAX on tips?

All the controversy over Cracker Barrel's logo. I don't care. What I will say is that we ate there a while back. It was crowded (Sunday morning), food was OK, nothing spectacular, and in my opinion, overpriced, along with the jams in the store. Probably won't go back.

Historically PBS was entertaining, 1-2 "news programs a day & the rest was music & variety programs on weekends. I was a supporter. They have gone virtually all "news" & commentary & I no longer support. That's how PBS was designed, public support not government funded.
