Willingness to use embryo selection or gene editing to get a child into a good university is higher in Singapore than the US. Weird framing to focus on universities than making people smarter. These numbers should be 100%.

Yep the earlier you start is psychologically easier. Start at age 22? $200 is great for a month, paid cell phone and some drinks out. $200 at age 35? Seems like a waste of time vs W-2 <- this is the trap they get you in
