@UniquelyCheryl @virginmedia I spoke to someone in the tech department. They told me "The notes on the system say Fibre Cable Damage". It's clearly a massive outage - It's not that hard for Virgin to publicly say how big the outage is and what has caused it and importantly, how long to get it fixed.

@virginmedia It’s affecting tv phone and internet in the Kingston area. The fix time has changed 4 times and is now 12pm tomorrow which is 48 hours after the fault started. Clearly fixing this fault is not a priority for Virgin, and clranonone is working on it overnight

@virginmedia I had already tried that. I understand multiple people in my area on virgin are having the same issue so seems to be a network outage. Surely your aware of this so can you advice on time frames when it will be up and running again

@virginmedia , what is going on with our broadband? It went down yesterday and now you are saying it won’t be back on until tomorrow lunchtime? It keeps getting moved back. The local post office has had to close as a result. It’s really poor service and no one has been in touch.
