Self-custody is not as hard as most people make it out to be. Don't let yourself be too intimidated to do it. At the same time, you probably should not keep 100% of your bitcoin in your own custody.

I continue to maintain that the best part of 100k to 200k is going to be thinking back on your life whenever it first hit the current price less 100k. E.g. 16k. That was a big one. Happened fast and didn't last long. It was around year end. Family dug up old phones. Lost coins.
