This guy is so well behaved. Pushing 250lbs but he ate a broccoli stem out of my youngest son's hands last night then got some ear scratches.
When Iraq fell to US Coalition forces in 2003 the Iraqi dinar was still used for 8 months. Since the government mint could no longer inflate the supply, their money became more valuable. But in October 2003 the old supply became worthless unless exchanged. Cash is risky.
My 7 year old was asking how much milk we can get from the pregnant sow. It's logical since she has big nipples now, but I don't think that milk would taste right. We had to get a specific breed of goats for good milk. He was on the boob till he was 5.
It's kinda crazy that we actually did this.
I don't have alot of money these days but I figure if I'm dropping $1k on hogs I can spend $800 on a thermal scope to find the coyotes we keep hearing at night. Can't expect the dogs to do all the work.
This guy started barking like there was an invader to the farm. Something terrible was in the area. I came running to find him upset about the electric fence around the compost pile.

Tractor Supply gave us a discount cause the chicks and ducklings were older. So they pay for feeding them and charge us less.
The neighbors that we can barely see have a rooster. So our rooster and theirs were going back and forth as the sun came up.
My 10 year old went around collecting cinder blocks all day so we could have this fire.
