I refuse to live anywhere that has HOA. I’m not going to have someone who does not pay for my house telling me how to live, how many guests I’m allowed to have. To limit my shopping. To limit my children’s playtime etc. I absolutely refuseeee.

You give an Aquarius their own house you won’t see them for a year. The only communication is them opening the door to get amazon deliveries then back inside the hut.
