Luglio 2025 a livello globale ha chiuso 1.25 gradi sopra la media preindustriale riferita allo stesso mese, con una diminuzione di ben 0.45 di anomalia positiva rispetto a gennaio. Speriamo il crollo continui, ma la vedo dura.

Il caffè dei bar è penoso, offensivo, una massa di pecore si reca ogni giorno a sorseggiare una bevanda senza aromi, sporca e amara. Il vero caffè è chiaro, tiepido, acidulo e poco amaro, poco intenso come concentrazione di polvere. l'esatto opposto della robaccia da bar.

Italian coffee is almost always low-quality, both in bars and supermarkets. People have no idea what aromas a coffee should have, something to savor, not just swallow in two seconds. Animals!
