Out of curiosity, have you found a comfy position to read a hardcover book? I prefer reading a paperback because of the portability and must admit I can never really get comfy reading a hardback? But for longevity and shelf appeal I always try and get the HB editions...

One of the best pieces of advice I've been given is to keep turning up at the gym even when you don't feel like it; just do what you can even if it's not the most intensity ever. My weakness is having a break, so forcing myself to do that one shit session gets me back into it.
