Saluting everyone whose lives have been touched by this disease... Remember the importance of your yearly mammograms, and if you find a lump the sooner you get it taken care of the better your chances of survival.

It’s such a simple thing but one that is easy to forget. Make sure you take time this week to take care of yourself..... It’s not selfish to LOVE YOURSELF, take care of YOURSELF, and to make YOUR happiness a priority. It’s necessary.

There is no sure way to prevent breast cancer. But there are things you can do that might lower your risk, such as changing risk factors that are under your control.
