This is a #logic Q, not political. Why is the #SupremeCourt even considering whether a Pres. has absolute #immunity? If he did, doesn’t that contradict Art. II Sect. 4, saying a POTUS can be removed from office for high crimes & misdemeanors? Meaning that a POTUS is NOT immune?
