So @virginmedia turns up to install for one of my neighbours, smashes the curb, dumps commercial waste and then drives up the street with 4 people in a 2 seat van. @virginmedia initially promised someone would fix it, never turned up and now won't speak to me. Umm...?

Looking out the side of the plane and there's a spotlight occasionally shining at us. I understand the safety dangers of lasers, but honestly, anyone who can hit a target moving at 550mph from 11.5 km away needs employing not arresting. I can barely hit paper at 60m with a scope.
