Rebuilding an old automation for a high-volume client. The original stack (Knack + Zapier + PDF Monkey) is struggling to keep costs down at 1,000+ leads per month, Zapier’s task limits have become a bottleneck. Now, 90% rebuilt with Co.Dev + Windsurf, but serverless AI tools make PDF generation tricky and constant re-deployment of the preview using new URLs each time makes SendGrid go crazy. Fun challenge so far!
