Does it really matter if Ex-Covenant Pastor Jim Bachmann and Covenant Leaders lied to 1000+ Covenant members ten years before the Covenant School mass murder? Does it really matter if Covenant Leaders and Nashville Police are still LYING 2 1/12 years after the mass murder?

I may be wrong but I don't believe Jesus approved of LYING in "prayer," or LYING by His church. It sort of goes against the statement of Jesus: "I am the truth, the way, & the life." I don't believe Jesus approves of LYING to protect child sex abuse. What do you think?
