Tulare County CAPC is looking for changemakers like YOU! Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community? Join the Tulare County Child Abuse Prevention Council (CAPC) as a Board Member and be a voice for prevention and education.
Research shows that ACEs can have lasting impacts on a child's health, behavior, and development, increasing the risk for mental health issues, substance abuse, and chronic illness later in life. With support, education, and community connection, we can prevent trauma.
