In my history I have seen tax officers demand bribe when taxpayers evade taxes First time in GST even a clean business is troubled by officers for not just Chai Pani but beyond! All Appeal order should be audited by CAG and officers should be fired for vague orders @PMOIndia

As per @RBI code of conduct no financial institution can charge foreclosure charges on repayment of loans by MSMEs. However, as @MyIndusIndBank wants to harass their clients at the time of takeover, they are treating the said code of conduct as a joke.
