The due date of GSTR 9/9C is 31st Dec 21 & Tax Audit is 15 Jan 22. Ideally, GSTR 9/9C due date should be after the due date of TAR for proper reconciliations. Moreover, the new portal is not working properly. Pl, #Extend_Due_Date_Immediately of GSTR 9/9C, ITR & TAR for FY 20-21.

Road side food sellers are allowed despite they being illegal but shops and private offices are not permitted. While shop and office will continue to pay its fixed taxes while Road side vendor will manage with "Hafta"? Never understood this logic. #maharastralockdown
