Do you find anything odd about this ASMT-10? The quality of officers in GST is degrading day by day. Thank god he has not compared the Input on day to day basis!
Amnesty under GST : Last date for Tax Deposit (As per 54th GST Council Meeting) : 31-03-2025. Last date for Filing of SPL-01/SPL-02 : 31-01-2025. But, Form can't be filed without paying taxes first. So, Please keep in mind that the effective last date is 31-01-2025.
A very welcome decision by the Supreme Court. Though it remains to be seen the kind of Amendments GST Council will bring to nullify it. But allowing the Construction input for persons supplying Rental services is a very welcome step indeed.
54th Meeting of the GST council was held on 09-09-2024. It has now been 22 days and still no notifications have been issued to give effect to all the recommendations made by the council? Any idea what is the reason for the delay? @FinMinIndia @GST_Council

Sunset date for Sec 115BAB of IT, which provides for 15% Tax for New manufacturing has not been extended in Budget. So, only those companies whose manufacturing started before 31-03-2024 will be eligible for the 15% Tax rate. @FinMinIndia is this an oversight or intentional?
This is the situation of @IncomeTaxIndia Website at 10:16AM in the morning. Looking like a tough day ahead today. I think it would be better to give leave to all the staff today and ask them to come either in late evening or tomorrow morning.
In the past years, whenever people have mentioned about how bad the @IncomeTaxIndia portal is, the only reply of Govt has been, "Look how many ITR's have been filed today. this means that site is perfect and all people outraging are fake." This time will it be any different?
The income tax website is on Ventilator since about a week now. Different body parts stops functioning everyday. -Somedays it is AIS/TIS -Somedays it is 26AS -Somedays Login issue. -Somedays it just keeps on "Loading". Hey @GWR , any World record for this achievement?
