I've just wrote a chapter opening. "The sky was a dirty grey and clung to the atmosphere like a vast encompassing canvas." Then looked out the window & it is grey! Just another rainy day in England

I love cooking as well as dining & cooked lots of dishes over the years. But cooked my first frittata yesterday. What you think? Came out perfect first time, prawn frittata with onions, peppers & tomatoes

I've got time to indulge my cooking in lockdown. Just done chicken breast in homemade garlic, mustard & lemon marinade on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables with herb & garlic butter potatoes.

The Paradise Price. Definition .. In UK its rained every long holiday weekend for 30 yrs, 1st time ever glorious weather is here but we have to stay indoors. The price we have to pay to get Paradise back, which right now is our daily lives & I'm ok with that.
