We have been supporting Abernant community for 2 years to get a PAD in the area. We have now reached a point where we can get a site ready for the community and a live PAD site. This will be looked after by the residents of Abernant.
Whilst out checking all the defibrillators, we noticed that one was missing the black carry case with the first aid kit in. This is the second one of our cases that have gone missing, but it was there 2 weeks ago?
Busy day out checking all our public access defibrillators and updating them with the new circuit stickers on the cabinet and defibrillator.
with a heavy heart that we have been informed of damage caused to the public access defibrillator Abercwmboi on Rhian’s hair salon. This vandalism will be reported to the police, and we ask that if anyone has CCtv of the last few days to contact us. @SianDavs @WelshAmbulance
