An energetic first half ends 1-0 Chelsea, although it could have (and probably should have) been more. Hopefully we can put a few more past them in the second half, as long as we don’t let the energy drop. Top marks for Cucu and Palmer so far, Noni, Nico and Levi too.

What a beautiful goal. Incredible close control from Jackson to work out of a tight space, then a lovely to ball to just the perfect man to be one-on-one with the keeper. Simply wonderful.

I’d really like Marc Guiu to start modelling his game after Liam Delap; hassle the backline, be a nuisance and challenge physically. I love that he takes his shots early though, keeps the keeper guessing.
