La CICOS publie deux Avis à Manifestation d'Interet dans le cadre du projet PRACAC Pour de plus amples details, veuillez consulter le site web de la CICOS Cicos Bassin du Congo cicos.int
La rencontre vise à informer la CICOS du lancement du projet WEEN le 30 aout dernier et aussi des prochaines etapes de MO du projet ou la CICOS, forte de sa position d'organisme de basssin doit s'impliquer en vue du succès de ce projet dans le bassin.
Etait egalement present coté CICOS, Mr Augustin WAYAWO, Chef Service Informatique et Communication. Coté partenaires, on a noté la présence de Mr Hartmut Behrend, CTP du projet au sein de la Coopération Internationale Allemande, GIZ à Kinshasa. (2)
En prelude à la mis en oeuvre du projet WEEN axé sur le nexus Eau-Energie-Ecosystème, une rencontre s'est tenue au cabinet du Secretaire Général de la CICOS. Etaient présents coté CICOS, Dr Marie Therese ITONGO, SG-CICOS, Dr KUITCHA KENGNI (1)
Plusieurs présentations ont été faites parmi lesquelles la plateforme GERNAC avec les geo-services. Des recommandations ont été faites à la CICOS, aux partenaires, la CUA et à AfEOS, chargée de la conception et développement de cette application.(Fin)
L'aménagement du territoire, la gestion du couvert végétal, et des risques&catastrophes naturelles en Afrique Centrale. Elle vise à développer une plateforme de soutien aux géo-services de suivi de la déforestation, suivi des zones inondées sous forets,(4)
Cet atelier s’aligne sur les Stratégies et Politiques spatiales en Afrique, alignées sur l’Aspiration 7 de l’Agenda 2063 de l’Union Africaine et axée sur l'utilisation des technologies d'Observation de la Terre dans la gestion des ressources en eaux, (3)
À Douala, la CICOS et ses partenaires ont organisé, du 23 au 25 juillet, un atelier pour présenter les résultats de cette initiative financée grâce au programme GMES & Africa à travers le partenariat conjoint entre la CUA et l'UE. (2)
Le projet GERNAC boucle ses activités et tire le bilan apres 3 ans de mise en œuvre au profit des pays et institutions sous régionales. Lancé en 2022, le projet GERNAC (Gestion de l’Eau et Ressources Naturelles en Afrique Centrale) présente son bilan. (1)
La CICOS par sa position et son rôle permet la bonne compréhension du projet et faciliter son ancrage à l'échelle nationale / locale du projet pour l'atteinte des objectifs #GouvRCA# #GouvRDC# #CICOS_BassinDuCongo# cicos.int
La CICOS grâce à son mandat de la GIRE dans le bassin Congo Oubangui Sangha (COS) s'occupe du volet régional des activités touchant les ressources(2).
Réunion d'examen du projet d'accord subsidiaire de prêt entre le gouvernement de la RDC et le Secrétariat Général de la CICOS pour la mise en œuvre du Projet Régional d'Evaluation des Ressources en Eau de l'Oubangui entre la RDC et la RCA (PREDIRE).(1)

Ouverture du Forum du Bassin du Congo à Kinshasa Du 10 au 13 juin 2025 se tient à Kinshasa capitale de la RDC, le Forum international du Bassin du Congo.(1)

Le but de cette mission était de venir procéder à l'installation du géoserveur CICOS acquis dans le cadre du projet GERNAC et à la validation des données satellitales. (2)
Fin de mission du représentant de Afeos au siège de la CICOS à Kinshasa. Du 29 Mai au 05 Juin, Mr serge Riazanoff a effectué une mission auprès de la CCIOS. (1)
Apres la séance de travail, la délégation a eu droit à la visite des lieux (ateliers techniques). Les deux parties se sont prêtées au micro de la presse.(3)
