Finally canceled our booking for Kia Carens and recieved delivery of Maruti Ertiga, @kiacareindia doesn't care for India and Indian Consumers. They believe in taking the consumer for a ride, quite literally. #dontbuyKia

Then again got extended to June 22 end, now the guy at #ShivaayKia tells us v ll get our car by July 22 end. They claim our booking no was 8, and they have delivered 150 cars as of now. #kiaCarens #kiamotors - Part 2/3

#disappointed #badcustomerservice #Kiamotors #Kia #Kiaindia V booked Kia carens in Feb 2022, at a particular price, then they increased d price within a few days, and v still agreed to pay d price hike. We're promised delivery by April 22 end, got extended to May 22 end -part1/3
