Latest proof that #ClubLaCosta were forced in law, to remove the old Administrators. Now all the legal claimants who have CLC UK PLC on their contracts, will become legal creditors, where they have a legal representative. We may see it wound-up soon also. clcmembers.co.uk/private/611f9a…

The Administrators BDO have lost their case, which was to remove them as Administrators of CLC UK PLC. Reason being they ignored the largest group of Creditors. The Owners with that Contract. Ref to the case was in their last report. clcmembers.co.uk/private/60ef10…

A legal opinion has been gained by an owner on Unused Points. If you are going to take action against CLC, you will not be able to claim the value of these points. One owner we know has 40,000 of them, equating to nearly £30k.

The latest statement of Affairs from CLC's administration shows amongst many things, that it owed the Taxman £80k, but sadly it shows all the other creditors and verifies the job losses. Covid has indeed been cruel to many businesses. bit.ly/36JgCoZ

If you're a CLC UK PLC Contract Holder and have Unused Points, then it's likely the Administrator (BDO) will want to receive your claim, to include you as a Creditor. Best get in touch with them to be on the claim list. You've paid for your points, but you haven't used them.

Administrators of CLC(UK) PLC are writing to all owners with this contract, to ask for details on any claims on the Company. There are hundreds of claims of cases won, but how many have this Company, remains to be seen. Highly unlikely to be Viable. #causeforconcern #timeshare
