Dear @Uber_India, how is it the customer's fault for which he is charged a fee if ur driver doesn't like the destination and cancels trip? And @Uber_Support doesn't have refund policy for such cases.

@Equifax @AskEquifax Even after contacting Patricio, the president of Europe and spending over an hour on the phone yesterday to be promised a call back between 9-12 today, yet again I have had no calls. Now I need to go to work. Another day wasted. Diabolical.
