I wanted to report an uncomfortable experience I had at the Target located in Springfield Mall (6600 Springfield Mall, Springfield, VA 22150) on June 27, 2025, at approximately 3:45 PM. While I was checking out, one of the employees stood directly over me in a way that felt intrusive and made me very uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life — it felt like I was being closely watched for no clear reason, and it made the checkout process tense and unsettling. I don’t know the employee’s name, but I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately.
