#jklive @KoinangeJeff Every county has a docket for tourism and a budget to boot. CS should reach out to counties and urge them to work as blocks . They currently spreading themselves thin wasting hard to get funds. Great lakes counties, Jumuia ya pwani, North Rift et al blocks
