Almost every bad CSP I’ve taken in the past started with me bending one of my rules just a little. No liquidity, wide spreads, over-sized, etc. That little ‘exception’ usually costs more than all the boring base hits combined.

Assignment isn’t failure, it’s actually the plan. Sell $100p → stock at 100. Basis = 100 - credit. Next step: covered call at resistance, or hold if the thesis remains. CSPs = owning stock your way. Something to always keep this mind when selling CSP's.

ROC math in plain English: Credit ÷ Collateral. Example: $0.80 on $9,500 = 0.84%. Stacking base hits like this can give you 2–4% monthly potential if consistent. The edge is discipline, not homeruns.
