We got confirmation from the clinic in Angola that they are able to release Zeyde’s remains so we can lay him to rest before Passover begins this week. The “24/7” service at @Allianz says they can’t issue the letter that would make this happen until Monday morning??? UNACCEPTABLE

My grandfather died after his @HALcruises cruise left him alone at a clinic in Luanda, Angola. We have gotten NO support from his insurance companies @Allianz @Aon_plc or HAL. Can anyone help with the repatriation of his remains? @CarnivalPLC
