#CSS 2013 बैच के #ASO को जल्द पदोन्नति की खुशखबरी मिल सकती है।केंद्र सरकार की रीढ़ कही जाने वाली CSS के लगभग 1100 ASO, 'सेक्शन अफसर' बनने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं।@CSSforum_ ने इस पदोन्नति के लिए लम्बा संघर्ष किया है।गत सप्ताह #North_Block के बाहर सैंकड़ों CSS अधिकारी एकत्रित हुए थे।

Vacant posts of SOs [1533 now & 2000+ soon] >> ASOs eligible for Promotion [~1500] @DoPTGoI to promote not even 2/3 eligible officers, meaning ~1000 vacant posts at year end If all eligible ASOs are promoted, still ~500 posts would remain vacant at year end @PMOIndia #Save_CSS

Maximum existing and anticipated vacant posts of SOs can be filled by promoting all eligible ASOs of 2013 batch. It can easily be done and as per rules if @DoPTGoI stops making arbitrary excuses. "A job half done is as good as none". @PMOIndia #Save_CSS

1533 posts of SOs vacant now, 2000+ by year end 1500 ASOs promotion eligible To fill up max posts, regular promotions alone would not cut it. Adhoc ought to be resorted to. Guidelines allow But @DoPTGoI has developed a distaste for adhoc for no reason @PMOIndia #Save_CSS

If @DoPTGoI wants to sincerely fill up maximum existing and anticipated vacancies of SOs then it ought to promote all eligible ASOs of 2013 batch. The unreasonable bias against legitimate adhoc promotion needs to be dropped. @PMOIndia #Save_CSS
