SWS has named and delivered the "GRANDE TIANJIN," a 9,000 CEU built for Italy’s Grimaldi Group. This delivery marks SWS's 600th vessel or offshore equipment since its delivery–the 150,000-ton Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit "Hai Yang Shi You 111"–in 2003.
We celebrated with great pride the delivery of the 600th vessel - 9000 CEU PCTC "GRANDE TIANJIN" built for @GrimaldiLines. To all partners who joined us today at SWS, Your presence turned out 600th vessel delivery into an unforgettable celebration of trust and collaboration.

July 31, 2025 – The naming ceremony for the P. Massport, the first 114,000 DWT Aframax product tanker built by SWS for Performance Shipping Inc. was successfully held. The vessel had been officially delivered on July 29.
Parking Tower Breaks Ground at Shipyard, Boosting Employee Well-being Initiative. SWS today commenced construction of The Parking Tower No. 5 project, marking the final phase of the SWS's comprehensive "Beautiful Factory, Employee Well-being Enterprise" campaign launched in 2021.
In a significant achievement highlighting advanced project execution, the H1595 Aframax product tanker, built for Greek shipowner CAPE SHIPPING successfully launched on July 24th.
Good News: SWS Secures Grade A in CSSC's 2024 Business Performance Evaluation
China has secured global leadership in advanced shipbuilding, completing the maritime "triple crown" – aircraft carriers, LNG carriers, and cruise ships – as highlighted at the State Council’s inaugural briefing on fulfilling the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025).

On July 7th, SWS delivered Aframax Tanker "KASTOS" to Oceangold Tankers Inc., marking the successful handover of the second vessel in this series. Oceangold Tankers Inc. representatives noted that the tanker's operational economics "surpassed expectations during sea trials."
