So as per circular 3, all companies which has defaulted in past and revived company in December, will be benefited by #CoDS. Those one which are compliant but couldn't complete filing in 2020 due to covid will pay additional fees? #MCA #Extend_CFSS #Extend_CFSS_LLPSS

MCA working like British India.If Someone not verify through OTP than he/she need to pay Rs. 5000 (this is yearly compliance for Director KYC ) It's feel like Lagaan, you have to pay. Not easy doing business @nsitharaman @ravishndtv @ppbajpai #Extend_CFSS #Extend_CFSS_LLPSS
