@CWhitzman @Hulchanski A low-income family was forced to out-migrate from a Toronto to Mississauga RGI subsidized housing complex in 1996.
@CWhitzman @Hulchanski This is exactly what we found in Calgary. Most ‘hoods that didn’t allow growth saw decreasing population, particularly among youth. Rowhouses, duplexes and apartments led to gradual pop recovery, particularly among children.
