A3 - The trick to true FCR in my mind is training #custserv works to think beyond the surface level issue. Be thinking what the customer is actually trying to achieve and fill in those gaps! Proactively guide them to success.

A1- Poor training puts #custserv agents in such a helpless position. They want to do the right thing, but don't have the knowledge or support to make it happen. It will cause all kinds of friction for customer and employee alike.
