Sad day as I said my goodbyes to a true friend from my driving school days. A day made slightly easier in the knowledge that the hearse did a lovely 3 car overtake on the way to the funeral. Russ would have loved that. Sleep well mate.

Last night our special guest was none other than @WMerciaPolice T/CC Richard Cooper who took part in our THRIVE based control room exercise. Fascinating to have the Big Boss's views on how we prioritise incidents. Lots of spirited discussion with no right or wrong answers!
