@NormalOutcast @etihad @etihadHelp @CTA_gc @cbcmarketplace They did the same thing to me, I've called 30+ times trying to resolve this issue but the customer service agents have no idea what's going on all of them say something different. Unbelievably unprofessional, horrible service!!! @etihadHelp @etihad is this how to scam customers??

Same thing happened to me, @etihad took my , gave me no flights, then I proceeded to get fake phone calls from people claiming to work for etihad looking for my bank information and I had to cancel my card. @AskAIB @etihadHelp

Rang @etihadHelp @etihad just hung up on me during a phone call. Then stay on the line when I do get through so that I can’t give a review at the end of the phone call.

@EtihadHelp Also I believe the customer care back in India needs to be properly trained. They were kind of rude while interacting yesterday and seemed frustrated. They didn't let me talk and it was a very bad experience.

@etihadHelp @etihad yesterday i travelled from delhi to chicago. I was carrying a baby and asked for the goodies for the baby as they were doing the advertisements for little vips. I was so disappointing that even after multiple asks,I didnot receive anything for my baby.
