Overthinking was a big problem for me, still is sometimes. I try and work hard at telling myself to take the trade and just manage the downside.

I used to think more rules & filters meant more control and fewer mistakes. Overtime I realized I was just adding delay and confusion. Id try to optimize my system and it would look better on paper but was worse in realtime. I'd stare at a clean setup and talk myself out of it…

One basic principle of technical analysis is levels weaken with successive tests. 5350 was tested 5-6x, I posted it was weak for this reason. We lost it & down we went. 5328, 5298 were sell targets & just arrived at ~5298 5263, 5251 are below. ES must reclaim 5350 to rally hard

Yesterday was lowest vol in weeks. As posted #ES_F is rangebound 5408 to 5469/5485 with 5428 magnet & could fill out more. Right after posting, ES sold to 5408 exact &rallied to 5460+ Plan: *Dont overtrade*. 5408 (weak), 5395=supports. 5439 reclaim sees 5469, 5485. Sell< 5395
