HMO may please take a note that this attitude of lower functionaries of HMO & @DoPTGoI having no knowledge of past history can cause embarassment to senior officials. Investigations are required on nexus between lower functionaries of MHA and DoPT #OGAS2CAPF MHA INFLUENCING DOPT
