It's sad when you love your job and the company but your manager makes you want to leave almost everyday And makes it so everyone that's under you doesn't respect you And then blames you when something isn't running the right way when she made the decision on running it that way.

Managers make or break work environments. And when you get singled out by managers for doing the same thing all other employees do is when you start losing people and not being able to hire more. And being ignorant about it only makes it worse. 🖕🤷‍♀️🙃😤

Hey Utahns if you were willing to drive to a different state that had the mega millions and buy a ticket knowing that it might not even make a difference cause the chance of winning is so slim then I think you can register to vote and go to the nearest poll and vote on nov 6th
