Don't moralize food. Chicken breast isn't better than thighs. Dressing doesn't make the vitamins leave a salad. Chocolate chips on oatmeal doesn't make it no longer have fiber. From scratch doesn't make it better. Food is food. Eat what you like & don't eat what you don't like.

Tips for those who never took online classes: - Turn on all notifications from Canvas, Blackboard, Student Email - Do NOT do your work on your bed, go somewhere you can focus - Use Google calendar to input important due dates at least 2 days before - Use checklists each week
