I always learn from @jfsrev. If you look for a similar screener on TV, you can use the attached version (+ve inst. trans. ~ CMF+MFI). Right now it picks 44 stocks (Health sector removed). But you can reduce them to 20's if you you add price*volume > 50M or price > $5.
