Don’t use the weekends as an excuse to neglect your body. A lazy weekend of terrible eating can wreck the progress you made Monday-Friday. You can splurge a bit, but stick to most of your healthy habits 7 days a week and you’ll progress much faster.

Need help starting Intermittent Fasting? Consume your first calorie of the day 1 hour later, 1 week at a time. Week 1- first calorie at 9:00 am Week 2- first calorie at 10:00 am In less than 2 months you’ll be around the recommended 16:8 split. It’s really not that difficult.

Over the past couple years (since I developed and implemented #CheatCodeFitness) I get asked a lot how I seem to keep get leaner. Short Answer: I eat all my daily calories in a 6-7 hour window. Life changing stuff.

Sleep is important, but after 7-8 hours, you are wasting your day. Get your ass up and hit the gym, or walk your dog, or something. Using time wisely is a seriously underrated skill. #fitnesslife #cheatcodefitness
