It's #NationalJokeDay. Far too often a stroke is used as a punchline to a joke. This is not only offensive to the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, but it undermines the seriousness of recognising the symptoms of a stroke. RT if you agree that having a stroke is not a joke.

I took my return to yoga very slowly at first and avoided inversions. Now I wouldn’t be without it. It helps with my fatigue and emotional lability. Calming and grounding
