Does anyone habe experience with lost luggage after flights? Mine got lost and the airline is unable to use my provided location information based on tracking my ipad in the lost suitcase. Now they offer compensation, but refuse to reimburse the ipad at all. Any thoughts?

@ChessExplained Not sure what company, but unfortunately I have to start getting angry with customer service people about this stuff. They wont take people seriously otherwise

@ChessExplained I was forgot to pick up my luggage ,we had to use tracking number on the luggage to find it..I found it after several weeks
